Frequently Asked Questions

We recommend servicing your caravan at least once a year or after travelling 10,000km. Having said that, we suggest customers use common sense to the safety of your family. If you have been on a long trip with lots of off-road travel or your caravan has been sitting idle for 6 months or more, than a service is a good way to ensure your caravan is safe and ready to go.

As the name suggests a major service includes much broader inspection of your vehicle. This is recommended to every couple of years to check all aspects of your caravan. A major service is also a good option when purchasing a second-hand caravan and your not sure of what could be wrong.
