After I bought a new 2021 Toyota Hiace, I started my quest to find someone to do my conversion. This took me all around Hervey Bay, Brisbane and Ballina. My initial excitement turned into frustration and fear as it was confusing not knowing who to trust and was prepared to start my work for 1 to 2 years.

Claude and the Team at Oz Caravan World took on the challenge to renovate our Caravan. We met with a list of wants and wishes. Claude worked with us and our budget to maximize what we could do and we are now very happy customers. We liked our van before, now we love it! Claude kept us updated throughout the process and was happy for drop ins to see progress and see any issues that were uncovered along the way. Our van was finished ahead of schedule which was a nice bonus. We had multiple additional power points 12v, USB, GPO and Andersons installed, some interior and exterior placed in more convenient locations. Sirocco fans, bedside lighting, updating water pipes, replacing legs on the van, upholstery, re-sealing and our biggest want a King side bed with storage underneath.
